Le Vin Perdu is the sister restaurant to Emilia in Ashburton from Clare Lattin and Tom Hill - a small nod to French bistro dining. We work closely with local farmers and growers - it’s their ingredients that make our weekly changing menu - a celebration of what Devon’s rich countryside has to offer.

Housed in one of Ashburton’s ancient townhouses, our dining room is an elegant light-filled space, with a dining bar, open fire and a small kitchen table which seats up to four.

Open for dinner on Thursdays and then for lunch and dinner Friday - Saturday and for Sunday lunch when our rotisserie chicken is just the ticket for an easy-going family Sunday lunch.
