TOUT LE BOEUF : STEAK NIGHT
Wednesday 9 April, Dinner 5.30-9.30pm
A one-off menu and a celebration of this bio-dynamically reared rare breed cow from The Apricot Centre at Huxhams Cross.
In collaboration with sommelier Alex Fitton from Pullo who will be pouring a selection of well chosen French wines, we’ll be cooking up a ‘steak storm’ and bringing you a menu of different prime steak cuts - not forgetting all the frills.
Booking is essential, and we require a deposit of £20 per person to reserve your place. The balance of your meal will be paid on the evening. There is no set menu price, steaks and accompaniments will be priced per item depending on cut and size etc.
There are limited numbers of each steak so we advise you book your preferred cut ahead (paid for on the night). How to do this : we’ll release a full list of the cuts and prices on morning of 8th April by email and will follow up with you to reserve your cut for the following day.
